• No refunds will be be provided once an order is confirmed.
• Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect flavor selection, incorrect address provided by the customer, or customer preference after order confirmation.
• If there is a genuine quality issue caused by Cakes Wow, please contact us immediately with supporting photos or videos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
