3. Customized Cakes

Customized cakes are prepared according to the customer's selected design, flavour, size, message, colour, and other specifications.

• Reference images provided by customers are used as design inspiration.

• Minor differences in colour, decoration, shape, finishing, or edible/non-edible decorations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

• Exact reproduction of a reference image cannot always be guaranteed.

• Customers should carefully review spelling, names, dates, numbers, and other personalized information before confirming the order.

• Cakes Wow is not responsible for errors in personalization that were supplied or approved by the customer.

4. Product Images

Product photographs displayed on the website are for representation purposes.

Because our cakes are handmade, the final product may have minor variations in decoration, colours, toppings, flowers, edible prints, and finishing.

Such minor variations do not constitute a defective product.

5. Prices and Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided delivery address.

• Cakes Wow cannot guarantee delivery at an exact minute unless specifically confirmed by us.

For celebration cakes, customers are encouraged to place orders in advance to allow sufficient preparation and delivery time.

7. Delivery Delays

We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the selected delivery window.

However, delays may occur because of traffic, weather, accidents, road restrictions, festivals, high order volumes, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
