Every Cakes Wow cake is freshly prepared and packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

DELIVERY TAT

• Delivery is scheduled according to the date and time slot selected by the customer while placing the order.

• We make every effort to deliver your order within the selected delivery time slot.

• Delivery timings are approximate and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

• Cakes Wow delivers across Hyderabad and surrounding areas within our serviceable city limits.

• Delivery availability is based on the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

DELIVERY CHARGES

• Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and distance.

• Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

SAFE DELIVERY & HANDLING

• Orders up to 5 kg are delivered through our trusted delivery partners.

• Orders 6 kg and above are personally delivered by the Cakes Wow team to ensure safe handling and transportation.

• Every cake is packed safely and securely to maintain its freshness, quality, and presentation.

UPON DELIVERY

• Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package immediately.

• If you notice any damage, kindly record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package and share it with our customer support team immediately. This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

CAKE STORAGE

• We recommend not keeping the cake outside refrigeration for more than 30 minutes after delivery.

• Please refrigerate the cake if it is not being served immediately.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.

• Any delay or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address or an unavailable recipient may be the customer's responsibility.
